This notice covers the website www.mekina.io. It is run by Aren Akian, trading as Mekina (“we”, “us”), in Los Angeles, California. Each app has its own policy: the ABSeq privacy policy and the Freekick ’97 privacy policy. Questions go to privacy@mekinaaudio.com.

- It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it.
- If you use a form, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply.
Hosting
Cloudflare serves this site. To deliver pages and block attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the details of each request, such as the page, your browser and the time, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. The site loads its fonts, images and videos from its own address and has no third-party scripts or embeds.
Cookies
We don’t set cookies or use similar tracking technologies, so there is nothing to accept or decline. Your browser’s own settings let you block or delete cookies from any site.
Forms and email
The contact, support and privacy forms are delivered by Formspark, which passes your name, email address, message and the app and topic you choose to us. If you email us instead, we receive what you send. We use this only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and keep it only as long as we need to help you. We don’t sell or share personal information, and we don’t use it for marketing.
Links to other sites
This site links to the App Store, our app websites and social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us a message, contact privacy@mekinaaudio.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, use the privacy request form or email privacy@mekinaaudio.com.
Changes
If this site changes how it uses information, we will update this page and the date at the top. This notice replaces the website privacy notice and cookie policy published before October 23, 2026.
