This policy explains what information the Free Kick Fever game for iPhone, iPad and Mac (“the game”) uses, and the choices you have. The game is made by Aren Akian, trading as Mekina (“we”, “us”). Questions go to privacy@mekinaaudio.com.
The short version
- There is no account to create, and we don’t run servers that receive your gameplay.
- Your progress and settings stay on your device.
- On iPhone and iPad, Google AdMob shows ads and collects some device information to do so. Where the law requires it, you’re asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time.
- The game never asks to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
- Apple handles purchases and Game Center. We never see your payment details or Apple Account password.
- The Mac version shows no ads and sells nothing.
- The game is for players aged 13 and over.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your story progress, scores, stars, collected tapes, level, settings and a few counters that space out ads. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes it.
Advertising on iPhone and iPad
The game shows ads from Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. To deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google’s software in the game may collect information such as your device’s IP address (which can indicate your approximate location), device model and operating system, app and ad interaction information, and crash and performance data, along with identifiers that Apple’s rules allow. The game does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, so it does not give Google your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or a US state with privacy laws that require it, the game shows Google’s consent message before requesting ads. You can accept, decline or change your choice at any time with Settings → Ad privacy choices on the title screen. If you decline personalized ads, you may still see ads that are not personalized, or none.

Remove Ads Forever
This optional one-time purchase is processed by Apple. The game checks with Apple’s StoreKit, on your device, whether your Apple Account owns it. We receive Apple’s standard sales reports, which do not identify you, and never see your payment details. After you buy Remove Ads, the game stops requesting ads.
Game Center
Leaderboards are optional and provided by Apple. If you sign in, your Game Center nickname and scores are shared with Apple and shown on leaderboards according to Apple’s privacy policy. We don’t receive your Apple Account details.
When you contact us
If you use a form on this website or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. Website forms are delivered by Formspark. We use this only to reply and keep it only as long as needed to help you.
Age and children
Free Kick Fever is a general-audience game for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not part of the App Store’s Kids Category. Ads in the game are limited to content Google rates as suitable for teens.
We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information, for example through a support form, contact privacy@mekinaaudio.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its use. Because the game keeps your data on your device, you can delete it by deleting the game. For information we hold because you contacted us, or for questions about Google’s ads, use the privacy request form or email privacy@mekinaaudio.com. You can also contact Google directly about the information it processes.
Changes to this policy
If the game changes how it uses information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
